Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, or by post.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

When ordering goods from outside the U.K., you are responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of the importing country and for paying all applicable customs duties, taxes and import charges.
Shipping And Handling For U.K. inland deliveries have a scaled charge on value and a maximum charge of £5.00 per order plus vat however we reserve the right to alter the amount at any time to reflect market conditions.
For items up to 1.0 Kg we use the Royal Mail 1st. class service, over that weight we use a courier company and deliver via the economy service. where customers require a fast next day service this can be offered at a higher delivery rate.

In using the Royal Mail for delivery we are bound by their conditions. For first class items, a period of fourteen working days (28 days for international items) must be allowed before making a claim for lost goods.

If you are ordering from abroad - You are able to select one of the options for your area for Europe we only use the airmail option as the alternative option takes longer and is virtually exactly the same price as airmail.

For international orders we use airmail for items to Europe and offer the option of a cost for airmail or surface mail delivery to other areas. As a guide, a 2 Kilo (4.4 lb) gross weight parcel to areas in Europe costs approximately £14.00. By airmail outside Europe the cost is £25.00 by airmail - delivery in 5 days or £14.00 by surface mail - delivery up to 8 weeks. Our regular clients outside Europe order by surface mail and re-order to allow for the 8 week delay. However the cart system will automatically calculate the delivery charge required according to the total weight of the order and customers can view this before confirming the order
Delivery Schedule We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, usually within five working days and should arrive within 7 working days. International orders should arrive within 9 working days if by airmail or up to 60 days if by surface mail.

In using the Royal Mail for delivery we are bound by their conditions. For first class items, a period of fourteen working days (28 days for international items) must be allowed before making a claimfor lost goods.

When the courier service is used delivery will normally be within 3 working days. You must inform us within two working days if the goods are damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will place it on back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20 % VAT is added to the delivery charge and to any vatable items. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Where a credit or debit card is being used, security requires that we have the postcode & house number of where the card is registered, if that is different to the invoice address given you should please enter this as a comment on the message facility in the shopping cart area.

Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

We can only accept returns for faulty goods, in accordance with the customer's statuatory rights but unfortunately not for unwanted items. Your refund will be paid within 30 days.
Where possible we will endeavour to offer an exchange on hardware items only but the cost of postage and the safe return of the said item must be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Remittance Terms Where payment is made by the accepted credit or debit cards all transactions will be made in G.B. £ sterling. Where international orders are involved your card companies will convert this automatically.
